Elderberry Syrup

Elderberry syrup (sambucas nigra) has powerful immune boosting properties. Mainly due to anthocyanidins known to have immunistimulant effects. Elderberries are also high in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, iron, and potassium among others.

Several studies support the use of elderberry syrup for cold and flu symptoms. This syrup also contains ginger (anti inflammatory and antioxidants), cloves (also high in antioxidants), cinnamon (natural antimicrobial, antibiotic, antifungal and antiviral properties), and organic raw honey (boosts immunity from its bacteria fighting properties).

Take 2 teaspoons daily or up to 4 times during illness. Not for babies under age one due to honey.
